We’re very happy here at the Scholarly Kitchen that more and more chefs are joining our exploration of the culinary arts.

This week, we’re very pleased to announce that David Crotty of the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory will be joining us as a blogger.

As many of you know, David is the Executive Editor of CSH Protocols and runs an excellent blog of his own, Bench Marks.

David will be cross-posting to the Scholarly Kitchen on occasion, and also providing us with original entries.

Welcome to the Kitchen, David!
