It’s summer, and we’re a weary bunch of bloggers. Therefore, the Kitchen is taking a break for two weeks, starting today. Regular posts will resume on July 9th.
During our hiatus, we’ll be publishing an interesting or funny video each day, some with a scientific aspect, some without. The first will go up tomorrow.

Oh, darn! And here I thought the Chefs were going to be publishing movie reviews of new movies (like Brave and Abraham Lincoln, Vampyre Killer) and the great classics (like Casablanca and 2001). I’m disappointed!
