Continuing our series of posts for Peer Review Week 2021, guest authors Matt Giampoala, Randy Townsend, and Paige Wooden of AGU share their efforts to improve reviewer and editorial board diversity.
Paige Wooden serves as Senior Program Manager, Publication Statistics for the American Geophysical Union (AGU). She works on data projects on editorial operations, post-publication metrics, and member data to inform department and enterprise strategy. She has held various positions in the Publications Department at AGU in the past 12 years of her tenure including peer review manager of AGU’s journal portfolio. She holds a Master of English Literature from University of Maryland, College Park, and a BA in English from University of California, Berkeley.
