A bit of a departure from our usual Friday videos, today I wanted to draw your attention to a lovely short story, “In the House of the Seven Librarians“, by Ellen Klages. In the story, a library closes down and is replaced by a shiny new building across town. But the librarians decide to stay.

Inside, the seven librarians lived, quiet and content.

Until the day they found the baby.
