Madelyn Stone is the Membership Administrator for the Society for Scholarly Publishing. Previously she has worked as a journalist, an educator, and an editorial assistant for an economic history journal. She completed her PhD in history at Emory University on policing in colonial southern Africa. In her spare time she is active in advocacy efforts for underserved communities and the long-term project of reshaping her dissertation into a book.
