Tim McGeary is the Associate University Librarian for Digital Strategies & Technology at the Duke University Libraries, where he leads in strategic visioning and implementation of digital initiatives and programs for libraries and their partnerships in technology and research, building internal and external collaborations to create sustainable solutions for scholars and researchers. Tim aims to effectively communicate the challenges and opportunities in the library, technology, and research landscapes for our organizations to overcome and accomplish, and is dedicated to building inclusive excellence in his organization and the broader community. He is the Duke University representative for the HELIOS Open Initiative, collaboratively imagining a more transparent, inclusive, and trustworthy research ecosystem.
