Victoria Corless is associate director of community development at Taylor & Francis. Originally a chemist, Victoria completed her PhD before she realized that a lifetime in the lab wasn’t quite for her. Instead, she found her way into academic publishing, first as a science editor at Wiley and later joining T&F.
