We are off for the US Thanksgiving holiday and will return with new posts on Monday. Our Chefs are lining up their favorite books (and other cultural creations) recommendations for the year as is our annual tradition, so look for those posts shortly.

In the meantime, though things may look dark in many ways, we all have much to be grateful for. Take a moment for gratitude if you can.

Find below a favorite, as I have a deep love for the mid-1980s period Beastie Boys where they went back to playing their own instruments rather than sampling (with The In Sound from Way Out instrumental album as a particular highlight) Find below “Gratitude” from Check Your Head and remember that “things they bounce, like a Spalding” and they’ll eventually bounce back.
