Iva Grabarić Andonovski is the Editor of the Food Technology and Biotechnology journal, a diamond open access international journal that is a signatory of the UN SDG Publishers Compact. As a former Secretary and now President of the Croatian Association for Scholarly Communication, she is involved in promoting diamond open access in Croatia and beyond, and advocates for a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable publishing landscape. Of all the boards and committees she is involved in, she is most pleased to contribute to the work of the EASE Environment and Sustainability Committee, as she can see the tangible progress and community impact that can be made in promoting the SDGs and the Compact.
