Dr. Sharif Ahmed Mukul is a Professor in the Department of Environment and Development Studies at United International University, Bangladesh, and currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Small-scale Forestry, an international peer-reviewed journal published by Springer Nature. He is a core member of the ALERT – Alliance of Leading Environmental Researchers & Thinkers, and was named among the world’s top 2% of scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier in 2022 and 2024.
