Yamaya Jean is Manager of Open Research Americas at Wiley, where she partners with governments, institutions, and funders to advance open research practices across the scholarly ecosystem. She holds a Master of Arts in International Development from Clark University, with experience spanning organizational development, healthcare research, and program management. She is a 2026 SSP Fellow and is based in Providence, RI.
