With a commitment to Agile methodologies, Sowmya actively contributes to agility conferences, sharing her insights and expertise. Under her leadership, Kriyadocs fosters a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Recognized for her dedication and leadership, Sowmya received the ‘Woman Entrepreneur Award’ from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in 2023. She was also honoured with the Distinguished Alumni Award from her alma mater in 2019.
